Conference Participation – Regular Tickets
Until April 2nd (early bird): 2-days ticket NOK 3300 / 1-day ticket NOK 1750
April 3rd–May 12th: 2-day ticket NOK 3700 / 1-day ticket NOK 1950
May 13th–June 12: 2-day ticket NOK 4250 / 1-day ticket NOK 2250
Payment at the entrance (no pre-registration): NOK 300 extra per day (NOK 4850 / 1-day ticket NOK 2550)
Conference Participation – Student Tickets
Pre-registration: 2-day ticket NOK 1500 / 1-day ticket NOK 850 independant of time of purchase
Payment at the entrance (no pre-registration): NOK 300 extra per day (NOK 2100 / 1-day ticket NOK 1150)
NB: Student tickets are available for school and university students up the level of those studying for a master degree. Student ID must be shown at the entrance at the day of the conference.
Accommodation
Accommodation is offered at discounted prices at the conference venue Scandic Fornebu hotel from June 13th – June 16th.
The price for a single room is NOK 1190 per night including breakfast, and for a double room NOK 1390 per night including breakfast.
The hotel booking is integrated into the form for buying conference tickets.
Conference Dinner
A conference dinner is being organised on June 15th for conference guests at NOK 495 per person.
